Very disappointed with Domino’s and the delivery partner. My order took almost 1 hour to be delivered, which is unacceptable for a food delivery service. The delay ruined the overall experience, and there was no proper update or timely communication. Domino’s should improve delivery coordination and ensure customers are informed in case of delays. I expect better service and accountability from both Domino’s and the delivery partner.

Delivery never happened and app was showing wrong information. They didn’t even pick up the phone after 20+ calls and tweets. It’s simple that domino’s has no respect and no budget for customer care

Their pizza is plain bread without any veggies. This is the worst pizza. Despite ordering cheese burst they did t care to add any vegetables or sauce. Sprinkled few pieces for name sake. Please don’t get food delivered from here

Pathetic delivery service. The app will say that Delivery Guarantee is applicable but the food is usually delivered much later than expected. They even miss items from the order. When you raise a complaint, the store reps will give lame reasons and will refuse refunds. The store manager who is responsible for taking all the complaints never reaches out as well. Because of this, the order always comes cold and is inedible. Look for other options, this store is a dumpster fire.
