Copper Kitchen Restaurant

We chose this place because of its 4.4 Google rating, and honestly, that was our mistake. We should have checked the detailed reviews, because most of them were 1-star for a reason. I still don’t understand how the overall rating is that high. The staff looked completely uninterested. There was no warmth or attentiveness, just an “I don’t care” attitude from the moment we walked in. The food was the biggest disappointment. The Tamil Kalyana Biryani, which they claim as their specialty, had no flavor at all. The Iffa Chicken and Gongura Chicken were even worse. They weren’t marinated and tasted like pre-boiled chicken tossed with spices at the last minute. Nothing felt fresh or thoughtfully prepared. Overall, this place was far from the experience we expected. Definitely not worth the hype or the rating.

Overall the food is good. But the tactics used is a bit distasteful. The gravy dishes are very small, just enough for 1 person. We would need 2 gravies for 3 people. The prices don't justify the quantity. Atleast if the taste is amazing, it would be worth it.

We tried the Naalukettu from copper kitchen. Amazing combo of parotta,fish kappa,chicken briyani & mutton ghee rice.I should say am impressed with the variety offered.Also, Captain Joy has been really humble throughout the entire experience.

Copper Kitchen truly impressed us. The food was delicious, full of flavour, and absolutely worth the visit. Despite being a busy and bustling restaurant, the staff managed everything with so much kindness, humility, and efficiency. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed warmly and treated with great hospitality by every staff member. Their helpful and polite attitude made the entire experience even better. The food, the service, the atmosphere everything came together perfectly. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would love to visit again. Highly recommended!
