Chinese Wok

It’s a repeated experience with Chinese wok, every time I visit there before 11 o’clock at night. the cashier will tell to make the order as takeaway where as in Restaurant timing is mentioned till 11 o’clock or 1 o’clock, so if a person is visiting before 11, they are expecting it to be a dine- in. This is a repeated experience with HSR layout and Kormangala layout. Why should I make a order take away when I am visiting it before the closing time, really disappointed with the customer service because not only me other customers also returned because it was not a dine- in. Where as they also visited the store before closing.

Had a great experience at Chinese Wok in HSR Layout! 🍜 The food was absolutely delicious—especially the noodles and Manchurian, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It’s a perfect spot in HSR Layout if you’re craving tasty and affordable Chinese food. Highly recommended!

The Paneer Manchurian bowl was extremely spicy so much so that it became difficult to eat. While it was served hot and fresh, the spice level completely overpowered the taste and made it unpleasant. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and polite, and the washroom was neat and well-maintained despite the heavy crowd. However, from a food quality standpoint, Chinese Wok seriously needs to address consistency in taste. I’ve noticed many reviews rating them below 4, and for a national franchise, this is something that shouldn’t be ignored.
