Burger King

Ordered a chicken whooper deluxe burger with coke. Extremely poor quality of chicken patty, stale and hard to bite, probably fried in stale oil as the patty was hard and not crisp. Pale inside while tearing it with hands. Asked for the manger and he advised that he will check on the ingredients batch. But I think the issue is with the over all quality of ingredients supplied to the store. The staff is very nice and service oriented. Although I was refunded but I feel the over all quality has gone down and staff alone can not change the food quality the management has to review their quality control.

I was disappointed with my experience here. Each table has a QR code with multiple options and discounts, which is a great idea in theory. Unfortunately, the app does not work properly—the OTP never arrives—so customers are forced to order from the counter at higher prices. This completely defeats the purpose of the QR system and feels unfair. Adding to the frustration, the staff were not helpful. Instead of attending to customers, they were busy playing and making fun in front of us, which came across as very unprofessional. Overall, the concept has potential, but the execution and service need serious improvement.

Went to Burger King and disappointed with the staff. I ordered a meal and I told them cancel the meal immediately cause I was paying with cash and I didn’t get the amount of tax that was put . And the staff tells me I can’t cancel my order. I told them to call their I charge and spoke to her she said the same thing and I told her I’ll file a complaint cause they weren’t able to tell me what that room to read was for 1rs. Paying 1rs isn’t a big deal they couldn’t tell me why I was charged for it . And the place wasn’t well maintained there were flies and AC was not working (it’s summer). I recommend everyone to Please just order in cause dine in was a horrible experience. Not recommend

I am a regular customer. I won't go there anymore. I feel very bad today. I order grilled chicken whopper combo She said No chocolate sundae.They sent potato patee because they didn't have it. Out of stock I order Korean spicy chicken wings with Bone That too out of stock.Instead, they gave me boneless. I didn't feel bad about that.With this Come There was a free hat .When I asked for it, it said it was out of stock.I don't understand everything out of stockI I specially placed an order to receive a hat . That too is out of stock All the things are out of stock..I don't think I should go to Burger King anymore.🙏🏻
