Brik Oven - Woodfired Pizzas (HSR Layout)

Strictly writing this from a Vegetarian First View - I have been here multiple times while I like the food a lot, there is one issue which is consistency in taste. Same pizza order twice can feel really different, both will be of good quality, no doubt about that. But yes, they can taste different. From their Menu of veg Pizzas I have tried - Anna's Pizza --> Recommended Farm House --> Okayish Stracciatella cheese pizza --> Love it And a couple of more but those are again in the okayish category. In Desserts --> I have just tried their Belgian Hot Chocolate, while it's good in taste but not something I would repeat. Still overall a good place from a vegetarian perspective. If they can fix the consistency angle then that would be really amazing.

The sourdough pizza tasted delicious with ample toppings and a wide variety to choose from. The pizza arrives fairly soon after ordering. I ordered chicken wings and bacon, and those were delicious too. The must-try dessert here is the Tiramisu, one of the best I have tasted. The best part: it's not too expensive. The staff here are friendly and super responsive. No dedicated parking is available, so you would have to park somewhere on the road.

High quality food. priced really well. spent around 1.4K for 2 pizzas, stuffed garlic bread and wings. id say it was very much worth it. of course many people have been here. those who are skeptical about it, stop thinking and just go! service was great too. can't wait to try out more from here soon.

The ambience and the experience of having pizzas here is amazing. They also sell sourdough, which is something unique about them. We had farm Pizza, it was good, but it felt like something was missing from this pizza, so that's why I'm giving four stars. Wouldn't recommend their mocktails/drinks though.
