Restaurant staff don't have the etiquette to talk. And any rider who comes inside the restaurant to take the order is made to stand outside and even outside these people do not service the order, very bad.

Horrible experience, found an insect (possibly a cockroach) in the Belgian hot chocolate. This was delivered from the Indiranagar branch. I have raised a concern at the FSSAI portal with pictures.

Horrible service at the Arekere branch. I’d ordered a ham, egg and cheese sandwich from them via Swiggy. An hour of waiting and with the Swiggy delivery partner having reached the restaurant, I get a call from the Swiggy delivery partner asking to speak to the restaurant manager. The restaurant manager tells me the items are out of stock and that he’ll send me a replacement. This is an hour after I’ve ordered as I mentioned. The delivery time was supposed to be 45 minutes . I asked the manager why he took so long to let me know and he said that they don’t have either Swiggy’s number or the customers to keep them informed. I asked Swiggy and it turns out that that’s a lie. All he had to do was tell me it’s not available, but he instead chose to lie to the customer like I wouldn’t check. Never ordering from here again, there’s much better restaurants with better food and better ethics. Don’t waste your time on this place, unless you want to get disappointed.

Bitter lettuce slobbered in orange sauce in the name of chicken club sandwich. Gaggingly disgusting
