Royal Placid Phase 2

Very Good layout with lot of trees and near to a vast army ground which is a source of fresh air. The only think is the road work is going on from last 1 year and still not completed which adds to discomfort. Apart from this, everything is fine.

Area is good, silent locality and everything u can get in walkable distance 😊 But roads are in pathetic condition. parking area is a concern and on top ot if BBMP guys enter to start some work, they will make your life hell😉

Terrible place faced a lot of harassment as a law abiding tenant. Not safe for single women was harassed on multiple occasions and had to get the cops involved as well as sought legal council. My pets were thrown stones at and physically assaulted by members of this gated community while on their accompanied walks. They harassed me and my mother until we had no option but to leave.

Royal Placid Phase2 is quiet residential place but requires some more work to complete the roadworks inside the compound. They have laid the stones for roadworks but still tarring is to be done.
