At start good but they require deposit every year, that is something they did not disclose at start. Flats are good, in my case though i spent last 7 month surrounded by cement. No support for deposit as I chose to leave instead of paying for extra deposit. Soon they will reply it as fake review. Due to volume of people searching for flats these kind of extra deposit, yearly deposit things are some weird ideas people come up with and since national laws are not properly enforced in Bangalore these things persist. But talk to owner directly and avoid.
