Very disappointing experience. They committed cashback offers to many customers for Prestige Greenbrook, but at the last moment they denied the cashback to everyone. Completely unprofessional handling and very poor management. Their employees are now giving reasons like layoffs and internal issues. If commitments cannot be honored, then they should not make false promises to customers in the first place. When you break customer trust and ruin commitments made to people, it eventually damages your reputation in the market. Very disappointing experience overall. I would never recommend them to anyone, including my friends or family looking for a reliable CP for assistance. Please be careful before trusting their commitments.

I strongly advise against working with this group. They make false promises and fail to honor their commitments. We purchased a property in MSR City and were never provided with the promised discount. Please exercise caution and do not trust them.

They offered cashback... and they gave post dated cheque and eventually which got bounced.. Had to visit their office multiple times and every time they will give different deadlines to get the cashback and its been more than a year I had purchased the property. I dont know what kind of founder do they have! Also their sales man Ashish Thakur would say.. even I dont like this company.. I know your problem and many other customers are facing this issue.. This means there is a proper leadership ethical issue in this organization.
