Urban Parents Club -- Hire a nanny in Bengaluru

I would like to share my honest feedback about Urban Parents. Having used several agencies in Bangalore earlier, I can confidently say that my experience with them has been completely different and far better. They are one of the most ethical and professional agencies I have come across. From the very beginning, they took the time to truly understand my requirements and expectations, which made a huge difference in the overall experience. What stands out the most is their commitment and integrity—they are reliable and never let you down. They were able to provide me with a highly trained and well-suited nanny, which gave me great peace of mind. I would highly recommend Urban Parents to anyone looking for dependable and professional childcare support.

Changing 4 stars to 5 after I am impressed by how they managed replacement. We had a slightly complicated request and all other agencies were disappointing but eshan or ishan not sure of name made sure we always had a nanny in transition. They do training consistently and nanny is also very comfortable with them.

Good experience. It's been only four months since I hired a nanny from them but I can say the nanny is far better - professional and polite. The hiring team was very patient with us. Felt they really went out of of the way to help us.

I have had good experience with Urban parents club. They gave me good options to choose from. Given our place is little interior they had some challenges finding one to travel, but they found the right match. They also found replacements on days the nanny could not make it to work. My son is well adjusted to her and I can do my office work peacefully.
