KLAY HSR Sector 6 - Preschools and Daycare

My daughter joined KLAY in January, and in just six months, we have seen a remarkable difference in her confidence and overall development. She has started singing rhymes, counts numbers, and interacts much more confidently with others. What impresses me most is the personal attention and care given to every child. The teachers provide regular updates and pay close attention to even the smallest details of each child's progress. A special thank you to Monica Mam, She is exceptionally calm, composed, patient, and nurturing. Her dedication and genuine care have made a significant difference in my daughter's learning journey. As a parent, it is reassuring to know that my child is in such capable and caring hands. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Akriti, the Center Director. She is always approachable, supportive, and goes above and beyond to help parents in every possible way. Her commitment to creating a positive and welcoming environment for both children and parents is truly commendable. it's so wonderful to see my daughter excited to learn and grow every day:)

Our experience was disappointing. Despite our child being 2.9 years old and able to speak and frame sentences well, we were repeatedly made to feel that there were developmental delays. We were asked to bring our child to the daycare multiple times and then referred to a child consultant without clear justification. The expectations seemed unrealistic for such a young age, which caused unnecessary stress for us as parents. And our experience with Mrs. Aakriti Marwah, the centre director of Klay HSR sector 6 , was extremely disappointing. She showed very little patience or willingness to understand our toddler’s perspective or needs. Without making any genuine effort to engage with or observe our child properly, she concluded that our toddler could not join the senior toddler class due to perceived developmental delays. As a mother herself and someone in a leadership position, we expected far more empathy, sensitivity, and basic civic sense in how parents and children are treated. The way this situation was handled felt dismissive and insensitive, leaving us deeply upset as parents. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disheartening experience.

Sports day conducted on 29th of December was an amazing event, wanted to Really appreciate and thank all the klay member who put in their best efforts to make the sports day an successfully event. It was fun for both kids and parents. We all thoroughly enjoyed from the start till the end.. Keep up the good work 👏!!!
