Excellent experience at the FirstCry Store! The store offers a wide range of high-quality baby and kids’ products with excellent variety and organized display. The staff members were courteous, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the shopping experience. Their assistance in selecting the right products was truly appreciated. The overall ambiance of the store was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, and the billing process was quick and hassle-free. I am highly satisfied with the service and product quality. Highly recommended for parents looking for trusted products and professional customer service.

Wide variety of good products. The store is clean and well organised. Service can be better. When pointed out a few scratches on a toy ride, receptionist was not very understanding and just said it’s normal for all products. Prices are also on the higher side.

We are happy to buy clothes from the FirstCry store. We are satisfied with the quality of the clothes and the staff's behaviour. We are especially happy with the service we received from Vishal Borwa. He helped us find baby clothes and gave very good suggestions. He has a very helpful nature and good behaviour. A lot of thanks to Vishal for his excellent service.
