Babyhug Store - Bangalore HSR Layout

Beware of their pram quality and product support - we purchased a pram from them which after discount it was nearly Rs. 5000 so we expected it to be at least decent. Also, we purchased extra warranty as they said it will get us free repairs for 6 months and protection against any manufacturing defects. The quality of the pram turned out to be the worst we have ever come across. Within 2 months it was looking old and extremely worn out. By the 3rd month the frame was bent in two places and it was completely unusable. We took it to their shop eventually after talking to them on the phone and after waiting a few days they called back to say that we would need to pay almost 2000 for repairs. We left the pram at their shop itself. So, first they sold us such a poor quality product that it didn't even last a few months of light usage and then they don't want to honour their additional warranty which we had purchased and also they don't care about providing such a poor customer experience. Giving them the rating they deserve for all this.

Very nice service from the team. So patient enough to whatever product I asked for. Also they have good collection of toys and dresses from 0+ months of baby to more than 3 years.

BabyHug has some very nice Strollers. Nayan Thapa at HSR Layout 17th Cross Store helped us in every way to purchase the right one. Thank you for the efforts. Nice discount as well. There are online options with better discounts but in store purchase for such products is always recommended..

We visited this shop and asked for socks for 2 yo. The stock was not there. We generally asked when the stocks are back. A guy over there said you may buy in nearby other shops like allensolly or max. Then the impression totally lost and never visited again even though we were a very regular customers before.
