I came with severe neck pain and back pain to physiostra clinic in HSR layout. Dr supraja Naidu explained my condition in detail with patience and got know about manual therapies. Within in few sessions I got relief. Treatments they provided : Manual therapy Mayofacial release Dry needling therapy Cupping therapy and chiropractic treatment. Hygine : very pleasant clinic with cleanliness. I will definitely recommend physiostra best physiotherapy clinic in HSR layout for any pains . Best pain management clinic. I visited Physiostra for a shoulder issue and had my initial consultation with Dr. Supraja. Her assessment and guidance helped set the right direction for the treatment. The physiotherapy treatment was handled by Dr. Deekshitha, who treated me with great commitment and sincerity. The therapies were done very well, and the exercises suggested were effective and easy to follow. Overall, a very positive, excellent experience. Thank you to both Dr. Supraja and Dr. Deekshitha for their professionalism and care. Highly recommended.

I had an outstanding experience at this physiotherapy clinic.I brought my father here for therapy and was very impressed with how clearly every exercise and treatment step was explained. Not only did this help him perform the exercises correctly, but it also helped us both understand his condition and the reasons behind each therapy. Within just a few sessions, he started to feel significant relief from his pain.
