I consulted this Dr. for skin issues. She Prescribed pills and cream for 1 week. It aggravated and I met her after a week. She said the reason is medicines have started working and she changed the pills and cream for 2 weeks. I patiently used the medicines for 4/5 days, but the situation became very severe and I could not sleep whole night with severe itching. I tried to call her 4/5 times and sent WhatsApp messages. I even left message with her Asst. But there was no response. After 2 days, she just sent a message just enquiring about me. My opinion is initially she assures a lot, but when it fails she quietly ignores.

Been consulting with Dr. Tiwari for more than 3 years now... Very happy with her services. I love the way how she makes us comfortable with her smile. Have recommended her to 2 of my other friends as well. Definitely more than 5 stars...

Before going I had read the reviews but still ignored them. I was so wrong in doing so. This doctor has no respect for patient's time. We waited for 1.5 hours there. The entire time she entertained only one family inside (initially we thought they were patients but actually they were her friends). They were happily laughing while ignoring patients waiting for her. Highly unprofessional...if you don't have any self respect please go ahead and come here to waste your time..

Dr. Surekha is good doctor with great experience. But the only problem is her availability. when ever I need to consult her, she is not available. Most of the time she is unavailable. Her clinic number is off most of the time. If you are in some emergency, you won't get doctor availability. I tried to consult her at least 10 times but was able to meet her 2 times. Today also I need to consult her but after trying clinic number for 20-30 times i got to know she is not available today. So have to search other doctor. If you think you could wait for here availability then she is good doctor.
