Best Medical store in the HSR Layout, I never returned without getting what I need, they maintain thee stock and provide the best service. For the medicines or medical consumables even if they don't have the stock, they make sure to souring them in a defined time, with your order confirmation. Usually, they give a 10% discount for all the medicines on MRP above Rs 100/-, for supplementary foods 5% discount. They take remote orders as well, one can order and pick it later with a prescription provided.

Ganesh Medicals is a good store, but I have to mention that the waiting time is quite long. We waited for 45 minutes, only to be told that the medicines we needed were out of stock. There seems to be only one or two people handling the entire crowd. Either you should improve the stock checking process alongside billing, or increase the staff to better serve customers. This is the second time we've experienced long waits only to be informed that the medicines aren't available. The road is always very busy, so waiting for extended periods to buy medicine is not ideal. I kindly request the store owner to address this issue.

Best shop in the area, provides genuine medicine and staff is very friendly. I have personally received medicine in an emergencies situation at night 2am. They provide not only medicine but cosmetic items too. They also provide home delivery.
