This pharmacy is operating with zero regard for customer safety or service. I am extremely disappointed for the following reasons: Near-Expiry Products: They consistently sell stock that is about to expire without any prior warning. This is a serious health risk and feels like a deliberate attempt to clear bad inventory. Receipt Issues: They avoid giving receipts by default. If you insist on one, be prepared to waste 20+ minutes waiting for a simple printout. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a proof of purchase. Return Nightmare: Trying to return a faulty or incorrect item is a complete disaster. They have designed a "bureaucratic nightmare" specifically to make customers give up and walk away. Management and the relevant Drug Control Authorities need to take immediate action. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of transparency is unacceptable for a healthcare provider.

Wrost staff's, wrost service. They don't have even the basic knowledge to read doctor prescription, if we ask for some medicine they will give something what they wish, wondering are they really qualified. Thank you for the staff's here for creating me an opportunity to visit another non apollo pharmacy outlet and get better & satisfied service. They are spoiling Apollo reputation. Very soon this outlet will be closed for sure.

This Apollo Pharmacy branch is a hazard to customers. Here is why: They refuse to provide receipts unless forced. Even if you try to return an item within 30 minutes of purchase, they make you wait indefinitely, so that one get frustrated and leave.

If we buy medicines they will not give bill and they will charge extra amount and when I ask they will say sorry I mistakenly charged extra ..and they will give extra amount return..this happened twice…Appollo is not taking serious on this issue ….if this will continue your trust will loose..
