Apollo Pharmacy - HSR Layout

During my visit to the store(the one in downstairs) . I observed an interaction that was a bit concerning. A customer approached the counter with a doctor prescription. The staff member appeared to be in a hurry and did not take enough time to patiently understand or explain the prescription details to the customer. When the cx mentioned that he was not familiar with kannada . The conversation seemed to become difficult and the customer eventually left the store without receiving the medicines he appeared disappointed and uncomfortable with the situation. As a healthcare retail outlet clear communication and patience are very important especially when customer come with medical prescription a little more understanding and support from the staff could have made the experience better I hope this feefbaxj is taken constructively and help improve customer service in the future.

An excellent experience store of Apollo pharmacy at HSR Layout! All kinds of medicines are available at discounted price and best in quality, the store is well-stocked, and the service is quick and efficient. Really appreciate the efforts they put to explain us about the Arm Brace Immobilizer. Would recommend this branch to everyone for all post surgical support items as well as branded medicines.

Yesterday night I went to this pharmacy and I had mild cough and cold. I don't know the people the staff are educated or not. I asked him a tablet for the cough he forced me to buy syrup so buyed and I took at night. The night I saw the hell. I was not able to sleep I got more cough. These guys are cheating however they want and I'm sure that I will escalate this issue for sure

Visited just now, even Apollo doctor prescribed medicines not available here (e.g.Ultracet painkiller for post operative patient which was required urgently), they asked me to go to pharmacy inside Apollo hospita Bannerghatta road! Fortunately got it it from another pharmacy nearby.
