Very very poor service they have given. pathetic service providers. Especially for washing machine. my samsung washing machine drum was absolutely working fine. The technician came and poured harpic toilet cleaner into the machine saying it's for drum cleaning. After that the machine completely stopped Absolutely unprofessional.. Plz don't trust these guys . They will spoil your machine. If any problem happens after their service No refund will be given.. I had to buy new washing machine becoz of these guys. They ruined my machine

Worst service experience ever. Highly disappointed. I booked AC service directly through the company, Right Cliq. After booking, I received the technician’s contact details and called him. He came, serviced the AC, filled gas, and charged ₹7,400. However, from the very next day, the AC stopped cooling completely. I contacted the technician multiple times. Every time he said he was coming, but he never showed up. I called him more than 10 times, and he kept giving false promises. I also contacted Right Cliq customer support. They initially told me they would respond within 24–72 hours. On 20-04-2026, they again assured me that the technician would definitely come that day. But even after waiting until 6 PM and repeatedly following up, no one came. This is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Taking money and not providing proper service or follow-up is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend booking services through this company.

I had a horrible experience with this AC installation service. I paid ₹3,800 for the installation, expecting professional work, but what I received was completely unacceptable. The technicians who came had absolutely no idea what they were doing. They came twice and still could not install the AC properly. During the process, they completely ruined the unit and the entire gas leaked out, leaving the AC unusable. Because of their careless work, my brand new AC is now damaged, and I’m not even sure if I’ll be able to claim warranty because of their installation mistakes. What made the situation even worse was the customer care support. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they were very rude and unhelpful, which is extremely frustrating when a customer is already dealing with a damaged product. I had to take leave from work multiple days waiting for the technicians, and after all that time, money, and inconvenience, my AC is still not working. Paying ₹3,800 for such irresponsible and unprofessional service is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this service to anyone. ⭐ 1/5

Very good service. Clean and efficient. They are saying that the bill will reduce. So looking forward to it. Very good. Appreciate their work.
