I had booked a design slot at Printo HSR Layout to create a photo book for my daughter’s birthday. Due to unavoidable reasons, I had to postpone the appointment a couple of times, and I truly appreciate how accommodating and generous the staff were in rescheduling the slots as per my convenience. I visited the Printo branch on the day of the design session. Although my slot was initially booked for just one hour, it eventually took nearly 8 hours to complete the entire photo book — and throughout the process, the designer, Santhosh, was absolutely exceptional. His patience, creativity, and dedication stood out from start to finish. Santhosh perfectly understood our vision and helped us enhance the design in ways we hadn’t imagined. He was incredibly supportive, attentive to detail, and ensured the final photo book turned out beautifully. If you’re planning to create a photo book and would like professional design assistance, Santhosh is definitely the person to approach. 5 starts for Santosh as well. The final output quality was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other photo studios offering similar services at much higher costs. I would highly recommend Printo for anyone looking to create memorable photo books with great quality, thoughtful service, and talented designers.

The staff is very helpful and suggest the best method to print your work. They also have discounts for bulk orders. Had a great experience with Lavanya - she is always helpful and suggests the best way to print and clearly explains the benefits and offers that they have. I wish they would improve their experience when I order on the email - they need to respond faster and keep me updated even if the orders are taking time.

Great work, Manoj. Even though I arrived close to closing time, he didn’t rush at all. He was very calm, shared thoughtful ideas, and helped make it look even better. I truly appreciate the way he supported me and handled my request. I had visited to print a greeting card for my wife, and his service made the experience really pleasant.
