I recently purchased a sofa set from National Furniture and Interiors, and I am truly impressed with their service. Their response time was quick, delivery was fast and secure, and the quality of the product is exactly what I was looking for. Before contacting them, I had seen a few negative comments online. Despite that, I decided to reach out to them, and I’m glad I did. Everything they promised from product details to delivery was honest and accurate. What they told me is exactly what they delivered. Overall, I had a very smooth and satisfying experience. Thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and good service. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Ordered a king size teak bed along with side tables last year, initial delivery date was pushed back almost by a month without any proper communication. It was always like “sir you will get in a day or two”. Finally they delivered it, but with inconsistent polish marks on both the bed’s headboard and side tables and torn cane netting. They mentioned that it is due to the monsoon season rn, sent someone home to retouch polish and replaced the cane. All because the full payment was not done till all this was sorted. Fast forward 4 months, both the side tables have developed large gaps in the wood, a very big line on the king size bed too and all the polish marks have reappeared. Even the headboard has started making creaking sounds. No resolution even after following up for 2 months almost. Some of my friends are happy also though mostly since no issues have cropped up till now, but god forbid if any issues crop up you are on your own. Think twice before gambling your money.

I had a great experience with National Furniture & Interior. They designed Pizza Hut beautifully with a fully modular setup. The finishing, design, and detailing were excellent. Their sofa quality is also very impressive – strong, comfortable, and premium finishing. The team is professional, cooperative, and delivers work on time.
