Indane - Ganapa Distributors

I am very disappointed with this gas agency service. A fake gas booking was created in my account without my permission. Because of this unauthorized order, I am unable to book a new cylinder from the app. This is completely unacceptable and creates unnecessary trouble for customers. The agency should properly investigate how fake bookings are being generated in customer accounts. Customer trust is very important, and such activities make people lose confidence in the service. I request the agency to cancel fake bookings immediately and improve their customer service and transparency.

Every time cylinder getting delayed to deliver. I booked 15 days before, i have to call 10 Times the delivery guy to deliver the cylinder. This is insane. I had good service by Indane from jp nagar, Koramangala Indane is taking more time. Please address this quickly

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your notice that I have booked an LPG cylinder from my side, and after a few days, I received a delivery message stating that the cylinder has been delivered. However, I have not received the cylinder. I also checked in the app, and it is showing the status as delivered, which is incorrect. I tried contacting the distributor, Ganapa Indane Distributor, but there has been no response to my calls. This issue is causing inconvenience, and I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and arrange for delivery at the earliest or take necessary action.

Very disappointing experience with Ganapa Distributor in Koramangala. I applied for a new Indane LPG connection online but the staff ( on lady ) refused to process it claiming that the government is not issuing new connections which is incorrect and misleading The staff behavior was rude unhelpful and completely unprofessional They were not willing to provide proper guidance or take responsibility This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable especially for an essential service like LPG I request the concerned authorities to look into this issue Would not recommend this distributor based on my experience
