Purchased my macbook pro today from here. I'm yet to use it. so i will write product review later. But for the service and assistance its 10/10. There is a female executive named Manohari, she was very sweet and soft spoken. Helped me to try and test different devices for around 2 hours. From device selection to discounts and billing she handled everything with smile. This is appriciation feedback for her.

Like many others, I decided to visit iCluster after seeing influencer videos and recommendations about buying electronics from there. So naturally, I had certain expectations before going. The place itself is quite big and they do have a good amount of stock across devices mobiles, iPads, laptops, and more. If you’re looking for variety, you’ll definitely find options. Some devices are actually in very good condition. However, the customer experience could definitely be better. As soon as you enter, there’s no proper guidance. The reception area won’t really assist unless you approach them and ask for help. It’s a bit confusing initially because no one directs you on what to do or where to go. Eventually, you’ll find yourself near the counter where two women are seated this area functions as both reception and billing. Even there, you’ll have to wait. After about 10 minutes, they take your name and details and ask you to move aside and wait again. I waited nearly 30 minutes just to get someone assigned to show me the device. Once the device was shown, the process was smooth. In my case, I took barely 5 minutes to clear my doubts, check the phone inside and out, and confirm everything was good. I tried bargaining since it’s a second-hand device, but they don’t negotiate much maybe ₹500 to ₹1000 at most, and that’s it. After selecting the device, the billing again took around 30–40 minutes because the billing counter handles multiple customers at once. So overall, be prepared for a lot of waiting. Except for the waiting time, everything else was decent. Good stock, decent condition devices, and they provided 6 months warranty, which is reassuring. As of now, I’d rate the experience 6.5/10. I can give a proper review about the device itself only after using it for a few months.
