VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE Recently tried to close our company account at the Kotak HSR branch, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. For a simple account closure, we have been following up for the last 1 week+ with no clear ownership from the staff (we are told there is some internal issue everyday). The process feels unnecessarily delayed and the team is really not helpful in guiding us on what was required or by when it would be completed. (For comparison, we closed our company account with HDFC at the same time, and that was completed within one day with prompt action) If this is the service level for a basic request like account closure, it raises serious concerns about responsiveness. A new-age bank should be making processes simpler, not more frustrating.

I visited the branch a few days back and had an exceptional experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Mr. PRADEEPTA SAHOO assisted me with my deposit and answered all my Questions. The branch was clean and well-organized. I'm impressed with the excellent customer service and will definitely continue to banking here.
