Tindra BLR is hands down one of the best street food finds in HSR Layout right now. Located conveniently near Corner House on 27th Main, this food truck offers a fantastic experience that is both hygienic and incredibly affordable. The highlight for me was definitely the Ghee Masala Dosa and Gun Powder Dosa. It was served piping hot, perfectly crispy, and watching the live preparation ensures you know exactly what you're eating. The menu starts at a wallet-friendly ₹30, which is a steal for the quality they serve. Note on Timings: They operate in two slots: Morning 8-11 AM and Evening 8-11 PM. Be prepared for a crowd, as locals know how good this place is—people often start waiting as early as 7:30 AM! If you want authentic taste without burning a hole in your pocket, this is the place to be. Highly recommended! 🚚🥞

Absolutely loved the food here! The idlis are super soft, the sambar is rich and flavorful, and the chutneys taste so fresh and authentic. Feels just like homemade South Indian comfort food. The service is quick, prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. Perfect spot if you’re craving authentic South Indian taste on the go. Highly recommended!

Good Breakfast option on one of HSR Main Roads. You the peanut chutney here with Dosa and Idli as some options. While the Dosa was hot and crispy, the Idli was slightly hard and cold which I would prefer.
