Charging 100 rs more because of lpg that is 375 for 6kg and the way they treat customer is extremely hostile. The lady told us to move outside her shop with our heavy laundry bags. We just wanted to wait two minutes to book an auto. She is extremely rude Edit: washed only one pillowcase left the other

I used their pickup and drop laundry service. Pickup and delivery were fine, but the washing quality was poor. Clothes were not cleaned properly, and the thread/drawstring of my hoodie is missing after the wash. This is disappointing. I hope the team improves their washing quality and takes better care of customers’ clothes.

Worst service you can ever experience they ruined all my clothes. There are no color bleeding clothes in my set but they mixed my clothes with others and all my white clothes are ruined. Do not use service from HSR location ❌
