Customers report mixed experiences with service quality.
Opted for an express roll saree pressing On the day of collection received a text for collecting the items. The staff was extremely confused, I was made to repeat my number and reference number a dozen times and more, he was fumbling and did not find the items. He was not in a position to even take down the phone and order number properly. We allowed him 2 hours and got back but he still had made no progress. In the end, we had to go into the storage and find the sarees ourselves (which he had claimed had not arrived) we have also taken a video proof. He was just sitting and watching, was not even able to converse about the payment or anything . You may please check camera recording dated 22nd January 2026 around 6pm to 8pm ,the guy at the desk did not seem to be in his senses,he was either intoxicated or extremely unwell(pls check cam for proof of the incident) People like him ruin the brands reputation and good will It was an extremely unpleasant and unsafe experience Additionally, we have paid express amount for getting the sarees roll pressed. The sarees have creases which I can see from the packet itself! Ridiculous, waste of money and time. It only makes sense that I don’t pay for such terrible service and even more horrifying customer experience. Attaching video proof as well + update- received a call from the staff asking if I picked up the sarees the prior day. It’s impossible that he does not remember the incident, clearly he wasn’t unwell, but intoxicated out of his mind. Strict action needs to be taken against such unsafe people!
these people are scammers. dont fall for positive reviews. I did fall for it for the first time and gave my 2 pairs of nike shoes for cleaning. they damaged one pair and none of the pair was even cleaned. when contacted their support, they were just giving justifications for their faults. they told me they cleaned my shoes twice but when i received it they were dirty and i was able to scrape off dirt with my bare hands!!! they are fraud, they'll take your shoes, dip them in water, let it dry and will just return it back to you!!! After I received it back dirty from spin cycles, i gave it to some other place and they did actually clean it!! see attached photos. just see the difference how bad spin cycles is!!
Extremely disappointing experience with Spin Cycles. I gave my clothes for dry cleaning and they returned a shirt completely torn, worth ₹1500. When I raised the issue, not only did the customer support team refuse to refund the full amount, but their behavior was shockingly unprofessional and borderline threatening. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage they caused, they tried to shift the blame and were aggressive and unwilling to resolve the matter fairly. I expected accountability and basic customer service—what I got instead was arrogance and intimidation. This is not just poor service — it’s negligent, irresponsible, and hostile behavior. If you value your clothes, your time, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Spin Cycles. They are the last place you should trust with anything you care about. RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS COMMENT -- Your response is a textbook example of blame-shifting and hiding behind vague policies instead of taking accountability for poor service. Let’s set the record straight: 1. The shirt’s fabric and texture were exactly the same since purchase. If, as you claim, the material was "too weak," why did you accept it for dry cleaning in the first place? Either your staff failed to assess it properly, or you're making excuses **after damaging it. 2. After tearing the shirt during processing, you had the audacity to tag it “not processed” and attempt to return. That’s not transparency — that’s dishonesty. 3. Your customer care team was not only completely unhelpful, they were rude, dismissive, and condescending throughout the conversation. 4. You claim there was a "standard disclaimer" — this was NEVER communicated to me at the time of pickup or processing. I was only made aware after the damage had been done. 5. Your entire response reeks of deflection. At no point have you genuinely acknowledged your mistake. Instead, you continuously blame the customer — both in your actions and now, publicly, in your reply. 6. If your policy allows you to return a completely damaged and unusable shirt with zero accountability, then your policy is deeply flawed and designed to protect only your interests — not the customers’ trust. Let me be very clear: you ruined a perfectly usable shirt, refused to own up to it, and offered a token 50% refund like you're doing me a favor. That’s not service. That’s negligence. I will never recommend Spin Cycles to anyone. If you're reading this and considering using their services — do so at your own risk. Once they damage your clothes, you'll be left with excuses and a smug “policy” thrown at your face. I have already filed a consumer forum complaint against these fraudsters and will advise you all for the sake of your mental peace to never use their service.
It was a wonderful experience overall. The pickup and drop-off process was seamless, and I was particularly impressed with the elegant packaging of the garments after service. I had my wedding suit dry-cleaned, along with a white shirt that had several color stains from a flower garland. They managed to remove every trace of the stains without compromising the fabric’s quality — truly impeccable service.
