I had given a leather jacket for dry cleaning, i needed it delivered on saturday (and that was the date they had given me too). I needed it urgently and was promised it’ll be given. Sunday came and i was told it will not be possible to deliver it (it was a home pick up so i had paid additional for delivery charges also). I agreed to come pick it up from the shop as i needed it urgently but then they didnt agree to deduct the delivery charges. Above that, the buttons on my jacket are also ruined, it has lost color. I paid a good amount of money for 1. Subpar laundry service 2. Bad customer service 3. Lateness 4. And self pick up. ——————————————— Update - The Spincycle team reached out to me after i expressed my discontentment. The team has been very cooperative and helpful, they did their best to recover the jacket and were very cordial in the process. My experience has been shifted from the original time, and i’d highly recommend Spincycle — mainly for their customer service.

I had a horrible experience with this laundry store. I gave them a pair of shoes worth around ₹7,000, and they completely ruined them. First, they took almost 10 days just to return the washed shoes. When I finally got them back, I noticed that one of the shoe soles was missing and had been replaced with a cheap, low-quality sole of a different color. After I complained, they took the shoes back again and kept them for another week. This time, they attached yet another mismatched sole, which doesn’t even fit properly. Because of this, the shoes are now extremely uncomfortable to wear and have become completely unusable. Pathetic service and equally pathetic staff. No accountability, no professionalism, and zero respect for customers’ belongings. Never give your clothes or shoes to this place. Total scammers.

I recently had my blanket cleaned, and I must say it now looks like a brand new one! I was highly impressed with the service; the packaging was excellent, and it arrived ahead of schedule.
