Smart Laundry & Dry Cleaners

I always give my laundry for wash and iron and some Premium clothes for dry cleaning and always they do a great job. Completely satisfied with their services.

I gave a handmade wall hanging from Rajasthan for dry cleaning and specifically asked them about color bleed. The lady at the counter told me confidently that they would first test the fabric and if such a thing happens, they would call and inform me before proceeding. I did not receive any call and they went ahead with the washing causing the color bleed. The white thread in the embroidery has turned pink and the whole piece has shrunk in size. It looks like a worn out cloth and not like it was dry cleaned. I have never experienced shrinkage in a dry cleaned item so I doubt if it was even dry cleaned. I would not recommend this place for dry cleaning. At the time of delivery, I was told that we never give any guarantee about color bleed whereas the lady confirmed twice that they would not proceed and call me to inform. Not only is this misleading the customer but also ruining the expensive clothing item. Highly disappointed!

The staff is polite and helpful, and everything was delivered right on time. Clothes are well cleaned and well-packed. Prices are fair, and overall, the service feels very reliable. Would definitely recommend!

I got my clothes cleaned here couple of times and they have been very helpful and punctual. Very satisfied with their service and return here always for my laundry requirements. Great laundry in HSR.
