Mummy's Laundry

After countless missing clothes I'm posting a review here. Gave multiple clothes for washing and more often one sock missing, one tshirt missing, folded instructed clothes given as round balls. No accountability whatsoever. Edit : they will screw up your clothes and say it was like this before giving itself.

I had a terrible experience at this laundry service. I gave them a brand new pair of white jeans, which I had only worn once, to be cleaned. When I got them back, they looked even worse — there were blue and brown stains all over them. I went back to the store to address the issue, and the staff member had the audacity to claim that the stains were there before and that the blue stain came from the belt. I know for a fact that my jeans were in perfect condition before I brought them in. Definitely one of the worst laundry experiences I've had, and I won’t be returning.

Very Good Ironing. Soft spoken staff. Once I left my 1500 Rupees. The staff called me and returned my money. I am grateful for such kind behaviour.
