Door Step Laundry And Dry Clean -HSR / Curtains / Carpets / Blankets / Suitcase / Bags Cleaning

I m repeat customer as Mr Pankaj provided us good service last time. I gave my carpet for dry clean on Friday with a commitment for delivery by Sunday evening for a home function. They fail to deliver Sunday or even Monday due to evening Bangalore rain excuse. Tuesday carpet is delivered and smelling badly. Why?? They assured while taking carpet texture will be back as new which has not happened. Now due to smell, we cant seat at hall. Please help to rectify this assp.

Shrunk my silk curtains by 3 inches. Not even cleaned. See images. All images from “after the dry cleaning”. Before giving it to them, I crossed checked a few times, asking if they can handle silk curtains. They said they were professionals and their whole setup is designed for such work. Said that silk will not shrink. Stains, I can understand, some may be too strong to remove, but shrinking the curtains to make them useless is not acceptable. Not responding to calls after that is deplorable. I have been following up with them for 3 weeks now. No remedy. “Saar, I will call you back saar”.

I would have rated great but when I checked my shoes which were cleaned and delivered today, the cleaning has not been done properly. Was expecting a better service. I can change my mind if they make it right. See the shoes attached, the shoe on the right side has a different color around the laces
