It was a terrible experience. The item hasn't come clean in the slightest—even if the stains couldn't be removed, it should at least *look* clean, right? I paid the full amount quoted to me, but my money went completely to waste. I even paid extra and specifically requested that the work be completed within two days; they asked for that additional payment, which I duly provided, yet my clothes didn't get even a tiny bit cleaner.
Pathetic service. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Ruined my perfectly new clothes. I’d urge everyone to please skip them completely if you want your clothes safe. My white T-shirts have turned blue and blue shirts have marks all over it
My experience was unequivocally the worst. They seemingly lack the expertise to properly iron a blazer. A brand new blazer was submitted for dry cleaning—whether it was actually done, only Providence knows—and then it was folded in a most peculiar manner. Upon attempting to contact them, there was absolutely no response. The order was already a day late, and a miscalculated, inflated bill was provided, to which the response was truly legendary. The delivery individual stated, "Since I haven't picked it up, I am not responsible." They levy an additional 50% charge for express delivery, promising completion within 24 hours, while standard delivery is 48 hours. Neither was adhered to, and even after 72 hours, I was compelled to follow up. The most irksome aspect was having to explain my identity and order details every time I called, with one representative even claiming "wrong number" before abruptly disconnecting.
I initially had a good experience with Bumbledry and trusted their brand—that was my mistake. On July 31, I booked their Wash & Iron service through the app and selected the 2 PM to 4 PM pickup slot. They didn’t show up during the selected time, so I called their customer care. They assured me that the clothes would be collected soon. Since I needed next-day delivery, they asked me to increase the order value to **₹1000 minimum, which I agreed to, trusting that I'd get my clothes back by August 1. However, the pickup only happened at 8 PM, and despite opting (and paying) for next-day delivery, the clothes were not delivered on August 1. When I contacted them, they falsely claimed I had selected standard delivery—which I hadn’t. I even shared screenshots of my order clearly showing that I'd chosen next-day delivery. Their response? I should have informed the pickup person manually, which makes me wonder—what’s the app even for? From there, they stopped answering my calls and messages. I was extremely worried as most of my clothes were with them. I tried calling several times, but they kept **declining my calls. On August 2, I finally got through and requested them to deliver my clothes that day, even offering to pay extra. They promised delivery by evening, which again didn’t happen. After more chasing and frustration, I finally got my clothes on August 3 evening—three days late, and to top it off, they hadn’t even ironed the clothes. It was just washed and folded, completely disregarding the service I paid for. This entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and disappointing. I am completely dissatisfied with BumbleDry Laundry Service. They’ve lost my trust, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
