Namma Space

their agent scammed me. building has common electricity meter, they said max 600-800rs electricity bill per month for my 1bhk. Now property manager asking 1200rs per month electricity bill. my bad for trusting them and not getting exact amount fixed in rental agreement. same building rents out flats on Airbnb as well, and their share of electricity bill is also paid by us tenants.

I would like to take a minute to share my experience with Namma space. I wanted to move HSR. I happened to come across Namma Space Mr Karthik's number online and casually reached him and he assigned his team. They showed several properties for rent based on my requirement. In online house searching sites you may see pics of the houses posted by agents but they seem to be either fake or they don't get back to you after hearing your requirement. But Namma space team is really authentic and professional.

Reading the endless good reviews decided to give a call as I want to find a place for myself and rent out the apartment I am living in. Was not such a great first impression. Had called in the morning. Call was cut with an sms mentioning, will call you later. Close to 5 hours later decided to call again as no one had bothered to call (benefit of doubt). Someone answered and said they are just real estate agents and do not property management. Was not exactly pleasant. So find a disconnect with the reviews, website information and person who answered.
