There is parking available for around 5-6 cars; the rest will have to opt for street parking. There is ample space inside, including both outdoor and indoor seating, along with clean washrooms. The biggest drawback of this place is the service and the lack of network connectivity, which is surprising given that it’s an open area. It’s a good venue for hosting parties—I’ve hosted 2-3 events here, including a child’s birthday party where kids could play and enjoy, as well as an engagement party that comfortably accommodated adults. However, the service remains the main concern. Even though there are around 7-8 staff members present, they struggle to manage the venue efficiently. Basic things like glasses and water are not provided proactively, and you often have to ask for help even to get tables cleaned. Despite having enough staff on the floor, their execution is quite inefficient. That said, the food tastes amazing, the pricing is reasonable, and the owner, managers, and staff are all very polite and well-behaved. They just need to be more attentive and proactive while serving customers.

Nivys Restro Cafe in HSR is a really nice place to relax and unwind. The ambiance is warm and cozy, with a lovely open, garden‑style setup that feels very nature‑friendly. It’s pet‑friendly too, which makes it perfect for a casual outing with your furry companion. The food is tasty and well‑presented, and the overall vibe is calm and welcoming. We spent a really pleasant time here and would definitely come back.

Food was really good The place is really spacious, with a calming ambiance and great lighting. The food was incredibly fresh-veggies, paneer, cheese, all tasted farm-fresh. On top of that, the service was excellent- staff were kind and polite. I enjoyed it so much, I returned the very next day! Highly recommended.

The staff is amazing. We are regulars here , mostly for the vibes. Beautiful open space and a place to relax w coffee and books. Samjana is the sweetest.
