Pathetic customer service and unnecessary attitude. Most of the hardware stores are flexible and help customers, but their staff is absolutely bad.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with this shop. I was promised the cabinet handles would be ready the next day, but when I arrived, they casually informed me the supplier’s shop was closed because it was Sunday—something they should have known beforehand. Begrudgingly, I gave them another day, only to return and be told the handles were still “on the way.” Their complete lack of professionalism, blatant disregard for my time, and inability to follow through on their promises make it clear this shop has no respect for its customers. Avoid if you value your time and patience.

Very bad and poor quality material they provide and even in the cheat. I took 8mm plywood one person took me to godown and told price is Rs.30/sq feet, when i purchased and load the material in tempo, the suddenly other person tells that same plywood cost Rs.34/ sq feet, these guys cheat lot. Very very bad experience
