KARNATAKA HARDWARE AND INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIERS

I had gone to the shop to purchase a small item suggested by one of my friend. I went and purchased a very small quantity of item and learned that they charge more than DOUBLE THE PRICE. The exact same item which I purchased from different shop was way cheaper, I was shocked to know the price. Then I was like how come so cheap from Karnataka hardware and I asked the shop owner to show me the item. You won't believe, the exact item but the cost was less than half of the amount when compared to price in Karnataka hardware. And about the staff, too rude, too arrogant, full of attitude. They have posters inside on all the sides saying to keep calm, not to rush and not to be rude, but thats only for the customers and that's doesn't apply to the staff members of the shop.

Worst behaviour of staff person. “I experienced rude behavior from the staff.”

They basically have everything related to nuts and bolts.Had dropped in for a pair of allen bolts for my bike, i immediately got what I needed. But customer service is just okay.

Pathetic service. Kindly avoid buying thing here.
