Giving 2 ratings . I purchased during jan 26 Kajaria 2x4 Matt finish rock carving beige almost 39 boxes for own duplex building bcoz of the brand . Below is just 3 photos of the cracks observed while laying . Even the the tile layer told there is lot of bend compared to other local tiles. Will upload more photos as painting and woodwork ongoing due to which I had layed floor protector sheet . The sales person lady here never gave the exact reason like whether the stock which they gave was old ? or laying method for brand is also same . now I cannot change the tile and have to live this this . Very bad experience of the brand and sales of Hemadri . My money also wasted on this brand , it was better to go local also the price offered was good . Also it very difficult to check every tile quality until it’s laid .Just an awareness to others don’t go for brand , if yes check the post sales support

the sales team here has been extremely disappointing. Their behavior feels as though they are doing customers a favor rather than providing a service. They are not attentive, show little interest in customers, and speak very harshly. There are two staff members (one male and one female) whose behavior is especially rude. They act as if they own the place, do not respond properly, and show a clear lack of basic customer etiquette. Even after paying an advance and visiting multiple times, there is no effort to assist or even acknowledge the customer’s presence. While two or three staff members are polite, the majority of the team displays rude and unprofessional behavior. Because of this, I strongly recommend not purchasing Jaguar or Serra products from this location. You will likely find better pricing, better service, and a more welcoming environment in the market or at other outlets. Overall, this has been a very unpleasant experience due to the worst sales attitude I have encountered. If you want, I can also make:

Very helpful staff. Answered all my queries. Also had the largest cera commode on display. Even the JP nagar Cera studio didn't have as many on display then this place. Unfortunately didn't find what i was looking for and had to rely on online to make a decision. But this place is good. Approach is bad, road is blocked. Plenty of car parking.

You feel like you are in art museum or gallery .. tiles collection is very good .. only problem is (1) customer service - nobody attends customers.. you can explore the shop on your own but don't expect any help from any of the staff sitting there (2) they don't provide installation service.. so it's a shop for plumbers, contractors, builders to buy materials, not end users .. but variety and collection is good 👍
