I had a great experience training at this gym with trainer Muthu. With his proper guidance on workouts and diet, I was able to lose 4.5 kg of fat and gain around 800 g of muscle in 2 month of strength training, also lost visceral fat. From 24.5 % body fat it came down to 18% body fat which is a big achievement for me. What I really appreciated about Muthu is how clearly he explains everything related to training techniques, workout routines, and diet plans. He ensures that every exercise is done with the correct form and always motivates you to stay consistent. He also provides practical advice on nutrition and lifestyle, making the whole fitness journey easier to follow. His personalized guidance and constant support truly make a difference. Being completely new to the gym, I opted for personal training, and it was the best decision. My trainer, Muthu, guided me from scratch and ensured I learned every exercise properly. It’s been 2 months since I joined in early Feb and started personal training with Praveen. At that time, my weight was exactly 52 kg, and for the past 1–2 years I had been stuck around 50–52 kg. What made the real difference this time is the way Praveen trains. He understood my capacity and designed workouts that were very beginner-friendly. Instead of pushing too hard from the start, he gradually increased the intensity, which helped me stay consistent and avoid burnout. He also guided me on diet, and even while staying in a PG, I managed to follow it to a good extent. Because of this consistency and his structured approach, I’ve reached 55 kg in two months.. "something I wasn’t able to achieve for years" More than just a trainer, Praveen is very humble and supportive. He gave me confidence and belief that I can reach my target weight. I have been training with Muthu for the past few months and my experience has been really good. When I started my fitness journey, my weight was around 66 kg and now I’m around 58 kg. His guidance, workout plans, and motivation helped me stay consistent in the gym. Muthu always makes sure I do exercises with the correct posture and explains everything clearly.
