Prices at Vishal Mega Mart are quite affordable. You can find items like dumbbells for under ₹500, which is a good deal. Stationery items are also reasonably priced, but the stationery section itself is very small. I visited the mart specifically looking for paper clips, but unfortunately, they were not available at all but bought an combo of Highlighters. Overall, it’s good for budget shopping, but not reliable if you’re looking for specific stationery items.

A few days ago, my team had an unpleasant experience at your showroom. ASM Anu insisted that we communicate in Kannada and stated that if we did not know the language, we should not visit the Vishal showroom again. We had come to the store as customers to shop and politely requested that she speak in English, as we were not familiar with Kannada. Unfortunately, her response was rude and unprofessional. It was disappointing to learn that she is the Assistant Store Manager. Someone in a leadership position should demonstrate courtesy, professionalism, and respect when interacting with customers. Regardless of language preferences, customers should be treated with dignity and provided reasonable assistance. As Indians, we respect all languages and cultures, including Kannada and Tamil. In fact, I have personally learned some basic Kannada within a month and intend to become fluent in the language. However, language differences should never be a reason for customers to feel unwelcome or be denied respectful service. I request the management to look into this matter and take appropriate action. I also hope that, in the future, the store ensures that its staff, especially those in leadership roles, communicate with customers politely, respectfully, and kindly, creating a welcoming environment for everyone.

I think Vishal Mart Silk Board is the biggest one in this area. The good thing is that it has lots of items and a huge basement parking for cars.

Very bad customer service. They don’t even listen to customers concern. Give false information like come we will sought it out but after going they say sorry you have to contact the prestige customer care, I spend around 5000 and the product was a defect product and to get that repaired I spend another 1000 and still not repaired. Very bad service
