One and only Good small super market around this place. They speak English Kannada Hindi and Tamil. Can get everything including vegetables and little fruits

Worst experience. Disgusting customer service. At the billing counter, they took out an item from my basket and gave it to an online delivery person. They didn't even ask me that "an online order came, to spare this item." Then, I would have readily agreed for it. Apparently, this was the last piece. When I asked the billing staff about this, a youngster in uniform who was looking into the laptop on the other side intervened and said that the item was damaged. He wanted to sell a damaged item to another online customer? When I asked to talk and behave properly, he threatened to beat me with the help of the sun7mart staff. Unfortunately, the owner, who I felt was a sensible person, was unavailable. If this is the behaviour towards a regular customer of 3 years, from the time this shop started, imagine the plight of others. Good bye sun7mart. Employing this type of rowdy is unacceptable. This is a public space. Well-mannered people ONLY should be employed in such places. He is an "unemployable" person. I have his pic but not publishing it online hoping that the store will take action immediately. Such people are a serious threat to the public and the society. After the online sales started, many delivery people always crowd the shop and it's impossible to even get into the shop. They run around and pick up items and trouble us. It is even difficult for 2 customers to cross each other inside. It is an unpleasant experience visiting this shop. Recently, 2-3 times, they didn't keep all items I purchased in the bag. After returning home, I had to go back for the missing items. I think they must close entry to the public fully and go for online sales only. Also, if you order online, they always deliver partial orders, that too after an very long delivery time; often missing the ordered items, I doubt intentionally. Also, they treat customers like thieves and shoplifters. Somone will be next to you every few minutes checking what you do even though you are under cctv surveillance. This is so annoying and disrespectful and is an indecent act. At the counter, billing is extremely slow, often takes an hour to get it billed. They have no value for the customers at the shop. If you want, you buy attitude. Online is their only priority. I used to see customers often argue and fight with the staff. The staff were so rude. It was my turn today. For 50 paise discount on rs 50, I will not visit this shop to get humiliated? Alert! Customers visiting this store be prepared to get manhandled! If this is the attitude to a person of his father's age, imagine his sensibility. Pathetic.
