There’s a clear difference in how they behave when a Hindi-speaking person walks in, staff literally run behind them, carry their basket, and even drop it till their car. But if you’re a local or a South Indian face, they don’t even bother to help move bags from the basket to the billing counter. This kind of biased and pathetic customer service is unacceptable. A store that claims to be premium should treat all customers with respect, not based on language or looks. Simpli Namdhari’s HSR really needs to fix both their product quality and their staff attitude. I won’t be shopping here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This is a Good Namdhari store relocated in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The items sold are of good quality and the Staff are very cordial and ever willing to help. Sahana and Pooja have always been very helpful to me, in seeking out and bringing down selected items off the shelf, packaging them and finally Billing all the purchased items.
