Extremely poor customer service and selling spoiled food! I bought a Nandini Special milk packet today and it was spoiled when I opened it at home. When I went back to the shop with the bill, the staff was very rude and mockingly told me to call Nandini customer care. They didn't even offer a replacement or apology. Very disrespectful behavior towards customers. BEWARE before buying dairy products here."

Every item here is priced higher than the regular market rates. Blinkit offer the same products at a much cheaper price, with the added convenience of home delivery. The quality of vegetables and fruits is also quite poor — very disappointing experience.

Every fruit and vegetable item is above market price. Trick is they don't write the price. You are scammed once billed. A person cant ask the price of each item to the staff. When mangoes are 100rs kg these guys are selling it for 200-300 rs kg. Even small stalls sell cheaper than this so called supermart. Billing guys are rude, they have attitude issue in packing the product in envelope they'll through the envelope on you to do it yourself in case you are polite. Only good thing is all items are halal certified.
