I visited the More Supermarket branch in HSR Layout today and overall had a very smooth and satisfying shopping experience. The store is clean and well-organized, with clearly labelled aisles that made it easy to locate items (fresh produce, dairy, pantry staples) without wandering around. The fresh fruits and vegetables were good quality — vibrant, well-displayed and checked for freshness. The dairy and packaged goods shelves were well-stocked, and I appreciated the variety of brands available. The staff were courteous and attentive: when I asked about a certain product they guided me promptly and helped me locate it. At the checkout the billing was efficient and surprisingly quick for a weekend visit. My only minor suggestion would be: the parking/vehicle space is a bit tight during peak hour, so I’d recommend going in the morning or earlier afternoon for more relaxed shopping. All in all — a reliable one-stop shop for daily groceries in the HSR area. I’ll definitely be returning.

Terrible customer service experience – HSR Layout Sector 1, Bangalore I recently visited the More Supermarket at HSR Layout Sector 1, Bangalore, and was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I picked up a bathing soap that was placed among other loose soaps—some looked like bundles, others were open. It wasn’t clearly marked that it was part of a bundle, so I assumed it could be taken individually. At billing, a staff member (who claimed to be the manager) suddenly approached me aggressively and loudly asked if I had taken the soap from a bundle. When I said yes, instead of explaining politely, he raised his voice and said things like, “Are you a child? Don’t you have common sense?” His tone was rude and disrespectful, as if I had stolen something intentionally. It was a small misunderstanding that could’ve easily been resolved, but he chose to embarrass me in front of others. No customer deserves to be spoken to like that. His behavior was unprofessional and insulting. I felt humiliated, and I will never visit any More Supermarket again. If this is how they train their staff—especially so-called managers—to treat customers, then it’s a shame. Please improve your staff’s attitude and customer service. Everyone deserves respect.
