Freshco hyperbazaar

FreshCo Hyperbazaar is a great place where you can get almost everything under one roof. The store is very well maintained, neat, and clean, which makes shopping comfortable and hassle-free. The products are well organized, making it easy to find what you need.

Appalling customer service. Bought a Freshco branded badam (almond) packet and when opened after a couple of days, there were worms wiggling around. I shot a video and photo, but I couldn't go to their shop immediately to return it due to family demands. When I took it to them after a couple of weeks, and requested and pleaded to replace it, they simply refused saying that it wouldn't have been like this when I bought it. What crap for customer service, been a regular customer and that was the first time I was returning something, I even asked them to check my account data. They arrogantly refused - had given them 10s of 1000s of Rs' worth of business and they wouldn't replace a product worth of a couple of 100s and that too their own brand - even after politely stating that I won't visit their shop ever again, they were largely unmoved - what arrogance - what era are you all from? Even this review, I am writing after a couple of years as I found the photo and video while clearing my db - who has the time for your crap boss?

This is a good hypermarket with all sorts of goods including grocery, fresh meat, decorations, utensils, electronics and what not. Just to give you an idea of the variety of goods, you can buy different types of seeds as well. Temperature is checked at entrance and sanitizer is available. Good place to visit if you want to buy your daily goods at one place.

The one stop place for allmost everything one may need! They stock almost all brands of FMCG items ranging from chocolates to icecreams, from pasta to millets, from pulses to savories, from foot care to hair care! Did I miss out the extensive range of pickles, tea & coffee, mixers & juices... Also, fresh veggies & fruits ( a tad ti expensive as compared to local shops). They also carry a good range of glassware, cookware, knoves, puja otems, laundry & cleaning items, tissue rolls.... The first floor has gifting items, toys, clothes for kids, men & women, pots & gardening items, house utilities like sippers, water bittles, tiffins, glassware, plastic containers... & many more In the same complex you have a collection of smaller shops offering coffee, rolls, quick bite, mobile repairs & accessories, fresh meat & fish. The comolex also hosts a hotel a hall for organising functions, & a gym All professionally managed & courteous staff! Plenty of underground parking in the apartment complex situated in front! Overall a go-to place where u get quality stuff & service!
