The store representative, Karthick, was highly knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. A delightful highlight of our visit was Bella, the store’s charming cat, who added a warm and unique touch to the experience. We were impressed with the prompt delivery as well. There was a minor cosmetic issue with one of the chairs, but their carpenter visited our home the very next day and resolved it efficiently. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this store for quality wooden home furniture.
