Wakefit - Furniture Store in HSR Layout

Wakefit Furniture Store in HSR is a good place with a wide variety of furniture options. The staff are really helpful and friendly, which made the in-store experience smooth and pleasant. One issue we faced was with delivery timelines the different items we ordered were delivered on different dates. It would be much more convenient if everything could be delivered together. Another small point is regarding communication during delivery. The delivery staff mainly spoke only Hindi, so it would be helpful if they could also speak English for better communication, as many customers may not be comfortable with Hindi. Overall, a good store with quality products and helpful staff, with some scope for improvement in delivery coordination and communication.

I contacted them through online. Mr. Vasanth curated the product details that were personalized to my comfort. I also had a swap with the mattress and Mr. Vasanth was a big help for smooth transition and delivery. Definitely recommended.

Hi, This is the honest review of wakefit product customer service. I have purchased bed and pillow thro this store. However the pillow is defective product(see below image) and I have raised multiple complaints for replacement. They keep sending the message that replacement is on the way by XpressBees. However at the end of the day I get sms stating incomplete address(13thFeb and 20th Feb msg below). I dont receive any call or any communication from pickup agent.I dont understand while purchasing they were able deliver product without any issue, however return/replacement they keep saying incomplete addess. We even visited the store and raised the issue. All they can do is the raise register ticket. I dont think wakefit care for customer satisfaction. Never seen such a worst service.

Great service, great products with excellent designs. As an architect myself, I enjoyed the experience at Wakefit with all the products they have to offer. Mr. chanukya from HSR branch helped a lot during our visit.
