Urban Ladder - Furniture and Interiors Store in HSR

I bought queen size bed from here. When it was getting delivered to my home, I got to know that this is only delivery. They left all those boxes in my bed room and they are still there from last 3 days already. Nobody from installation team has contacted me regarding the installation. I checked on customer care and they said that they do installation within 48 hours of delivery but they have not provided any help in my case. My order was delivered 3 days ago. Still customer care has not given me any confirmed date of installation. I’m a working professional. I can’t sit in home daily in the hope that today they will come for installation. Please have this in mind that UrbanLadder has no control on installation on their own products.

I dropped by at this urban ladder store in prominent area of HSR layout. I was impressed by their furniture collections, particularly sofas! This place isn't just good, it's furniture-tastic with in house interior team for modular furniture or kitchen setup. I was assited by Mr. Chandrashekhar and his knowledge of products and hospitality was great.My wallet is a little lighter, but my home is a whole lot happier. 🛋️🏡✨

We placed an order for bedside table for 16K. It was delayed and delivered post multiple follow ups. When the box was opened to my shock the product is a cheap copy of the photo listed. Different handle, legs, wood polish. It is not even stable. Attached is the purchase order image and actual image. Over all urban ladder is a flop for furniture products. One would find better products in local brands with better finish.
