The Sleep Company Experience Store - HSR

Reposting after using the mattress for 15+ days, initially it takes some to adjust but later on ita truly comforting . The Sleep Company Experience Center and I must say, the entire experience truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered, I was warmly welcomed by the staff and even offered water, which instantly made me feel comfortable. They politely asked if I was familiar with their products, and when I mentioned that I wasn’t, they patiently walked me through each product with detailed explanations. I was specifically looking for a firm mattress, and instead of just recommending one, they encouraged me to try all the mattresses on display. That hands-on experience gave me real clarity and confidence in choosing the right one for my needs. Honestly, I never expected mattress shopping to feel this premium. It felt more like a car-buying experience — thorough, personalized, and well-guided — which is quite rare in this industry. Hats off to the brand and especially to the staff for their patience, professionalism, and consistent support from the moment I entered until I exited. Truly impressive customer experience.

Poor delivery experience with sleep company. We ordered an office desk with adjustable height with the commitment that product will be delivered in 2 days and installation in 2 days - max 4 days for a functional setup. Though the product was delivered on time, the switch for height adjustment was missing and the table top had scratches. The store helped replace the order. The replacement took a week and all the parts came in different deliveries and eventually in 10 days we got the desk installed. However the old table top is not being picked up by sleep company and we have been asked to dispose it of. The store is following up with backend to find a resolution, but as a customer it has been lot of hassle following up with multiple teams for the past 10 days and even now no resolution. I will update the rating if the old product is picked up by sleep company. To put things in perspective, my relative who ordered similar product from ikea had a hassle free delivery and the product is good. Update: the old product/table top was picked up by sleep company.

Had a wonderful experience at the Sleep Company store! Wilson assisted us throughout and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand our needs before suggesting the right options. There was absolutely no pressure—just honest guidance and great service. Thanks to Wilson, we felt confident and happy with our choice. Highly recommend visiting the store and asking for him!

The best mattress and recliner ever. I've become so used to their comfort. A few brands also offer 100-days trial but sleep company's level of commitment is so good. I've bought cooltec matresses, recliners, chair, duvets, mattress protectors, and whatnot from them, everything screams comfort. Store cons: A lotttt of steps. Outside and inside. So if you're someone with issues walking or climbing, it is going to be a problem. Pro: They give water and help you with every detail of your needs.
