Sleepyhead Experience Centre - HSR Layout

Visited the Sleepyhead Experience Centre in HSR Layout and had a great experience. They have a very good range of mattresses, pillows, and furniture options. We explained our requirements to the staff, and they suggested the most suitable option for us. We finally purchased the Queen Size Sense Orthopedic Mattress, and the price was quite reasonable. I have already used their normal orthopedic mattress before, so I’m confident this one will also be very good. The lady at the store provided excellent service and patiently helped us choose the right mattress. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good mattress.

I was already using a Sleepyhead product and had a good experience earlier, which is why I decided to purchase another Sleepyhead sofa cum bed. Initially, I liked the design and comfort, and Rasma was very helpful during the purchase. However, after receiving and opening the product, I noticed damage at two places. I raised a case immediately, but the support team informed me that the product cannot be replaced. This experience was disappointing and not what I expected from a brand I trusted and chose again. The product quality checks and after-sales support need improvement.

Ordered a mattress from Sleepyhead after being promised delivery within 3 days and assured prompt support before placing the order. Once the payment was made, the experience completely changed. It has now been over a week with no delivery update, calls unanswered, and messages ignored. Extremely disappointing customer service and poor post-purchase support. Customers deserve transparency and proper communication, especially after payment is completed. Would not recommend based on this experience.
