Very disappointing and frustrating experience. The store staff misled us into purchasing an additional home décor item by claiming that some secret “special store discount coupon” would only apply if we added it to the order. After reaching home, I checked the app and realized that the same discount could be applied even without buying the extra item. This clearly shows the store misled us into an unnecessary purchase. We were also told we could contact the store directly for any delivery coordination or issues, but Mr. Manoj did not even bother to pick up the phone when I called. The delivery experience was inconvenient as well. The team was not flexible with timings and didnt leave without tips, which felt very unprofessional. The sofa delivered had major flaws and the design itself was different from the picture shown in the app . The return process was even worse. My return request was cancelled twice without any explanation, and I had to follow up with customer care almost every day to get it processed. The process itself was unnecessarily long, involving two carpenter visits before the pickup was scheduled. On top of that, there was no proper communication regarding pickup timings. They simply said they would come whenever they were free and would call only about 30 minutes before arriving. Overall, the entire experience — misleading information, poor communication, and an extremely inefficient return process — was very frustrating. I also lost money because of tips and the unnecessary extra item. On top of it, there was no way to utilize the PepperFry credits and the customer care simply gave copy-paste replies instead of resolving my query.

Purchased a wardrobe from them. It was supposed to be assembled within 2 days. No one from their assembly team called to schedule the visit. They cancelled the visit multiple times. I had to call customer care and the store and the person who sold the wardrobe to me - Ms. Swarsha multiple times and they don’t pick up. Worst customer experience. One week after I placed the order, I’m still sitting with assembled furniture at my new house.
